In a traditional classroom setting, the learner/participant, while not the focus in a positive sense, can become the isolated focus of a trainer or a training exercise.

It's not a comfortable feeling, nor is it a positive learning experience. The Plexus Learning Model changes the focus and allows the participant to become a part of the learning and to participate in group activities to look for answers.
